Turn Right on Fairgrounds Rd. Turn Left onto Old Military Rd. Turn into the first driveway on the left, the Meadowdale Professional Buildings parking lot.
From Bremerton heading North on Warren Ave.
Turn Left on Fairgrounds Rd. Turn Left onto Old Military Rd. Turn into the first driveway on the left, the Meadowdale Professional Building parking lot.
CCFT is located in Suite 103 near the center of the building.

From Highway 16
Take the Tremont exit (also known as Lund) and head toward Port Orchard. Follow Tremont approximately .7 miles. Turn right at the driveway just before the fire station. Turn right into the parking lot. Enter the entrance at the center of the building. Head left down the hallway to CCFT.
CCFT is located downstairs.
