Center for Child and Family Therapy is looking to independently contract with a fully licensed mental health therapist (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD.), wanting to be in private practice. We primarily see children, teens, and families and are looking for a therapist who works with children, teens, and adults as well as marital and family issues. We include, in our contract monthly play therapy consultation!
We provide a positive environment for you to grow your practice and offer a turnkey business. We have office space available in our Bremerton location. We provide billing, online scheduling, personal email and voicemail, receptionist, referrals, and office space with or without a playroom, for a flat daily rate. Other practices charge a percentage of your earnings, our model provides you with the greatest opportunity for earnings as well as the flexibility to create your own schedule, hours, and days WITHOUT having to meet a certain productivity level. You would have in person contact and quick response from our billing staff. No need to wait in a cue for an online response.
Being paneled with insurance companies is a plus, but if you are not, we can assist with that. We have been in business for over 30 years and have developed a large referral base.

Employment as a Licensed Associate Therapist
Licensed Associate Therapist (W2) – Child and Teen Focus
Pay: $25–$45 per hour (see breakdown below)
Center for Child and Family Therapy is seeking a licensed associate therapist who wants to grow into private practice with strong clinical support. Our work focuses on children, teens, and families. Experience with this population is helpful but not required—clinicians motivated to build these skills are encouraged to apply.
This position is ideal for associates who want consistent referrals, high-quality supervision, and a sustainable caseload. This role is a good fit for clinicians who want to actively build and maintain a consistent caseload.
What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families
- Build and manage a caseload based on your availability
- Participate in weekly individual supervision
- Attend monthly group psychiatric consultation
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning
Compensation
- Clinical sessions: $45/hour
- Play Therapy sessions get an additional $5/hour increase
- Non-clinical time (supervision, documentation, meetings): $25/hour
- Caseload is flexible based on the number of days you choose to work
- Preferred caseload range: 20–30 clients per week once established (not required)
Support & Supervision
- Weekly individual supervision (included)
- Play therapy–specific supervision available (optional, not required)
- Administrative support and established referral base (25+ years in the community)
