Tiffany Thomas, LMHC, SUDP

Hi! My name is Tiffany. I initially set my sights on becoming a substance use professional, however I found out that becoming a mental health professional was also part of my passion. I graduated from Grandy Canyon University where I got my Masters in Addiction Counseling.  I am a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Substance Use Disorder Professional.

I have experience working with individuals, families, children (6-12), adolescents in a variety of settings, groups, community mental health clinics, in-home and private organizations. I have met with individuals who have struggled with the following: addiction, self-harm, disordered eating, suicidal ideations, anxiety, grief/loss, sexual assault, life transitions and many more. My approach is client centered and strengths based. I have training in EMDR, DBT and anxiety relief in children and adolescents.
