I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, San Diego. Over the years, I’ve worked with military families, couples, adults, kids, and foster youth with various struggles. Whether it is relationship satisfaction, depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, making new friends, healthy decision making, or family struggles, I want to help assist you in finding out the causes of your reactions so you can change them.
I also have extensive knowledge and experience assisting teens ranging from severe mental health illnesses to more common behavioral/emotional complications and issues including, but not limited to: ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, oppositional defiance, abuse, suicidal ideation, trauma, anger management, family conflict, self-harming, and substance abuse. In addition to my clinical experience, I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
I believe that with the right tools and a little innovation people can learn to view any challenge – whether physical, emotional, or psychological – as an opportunity to learn and grow. I want to help you or your child discover the strength and perseverance within to flourish in life! Let’s work together through any adversity, big or small! We will work together to develop healthy skills to cope with the stressors in you or your child’s life, overcome emotional areas where you have felt blocked, and heal.
