I have a Masters Degree in Family Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University in Psychology with an emphasis in research statistics. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH 60344426) with the State of Washington and hold a certification in Hypnotherapy.

I have many tools that I use to provide a positive strength based approach to therapy. While my core philosophy is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Restructuring (EMDR) and certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Parent-child Interactive Therapy, and Hypnotherapy.

I work primarily with teens ages 13 to 19, families, and individuals. I see clients for such issues as: depression, anxiety, stress, trauma/PTSD, phobia’s, intimacy, divorce, pre-marital counseling, communication, coping, family conflict, parenting, self-esteem, pornography/sex addiction, mood and personality disorders.

I have a very relaxed and friendly style that aids me in helping you to become the best you possible.
